House Guidelines
Casa Celo welcomes people belonging to different backgrounds, cultures, lifestyles, habits, and thinking patterns. Here are some of the co-living etiquettes to follow for a safe, harmonious, and pleasant environment in our home:
Be a part of the community
Guests at Casa Celo are encouraged to connect with each other. Any living arrangement works better when members interact and help one another. Our house provides a platform for its guests to form meaningful and long-lasting relations with other members, while also creating projects together.
Keep your room and bathroom clean
Our housekeeping service covers cleaning and organization of the house, nonetheless, is the guest’s responsibility to keep their private spaces neat, tidy, and organized. If the guest wishes, it’s possible to have their room and bathroom cleaned by our cleaning service for a fee of $15. In the event that they would also like to have their laundry done, it’ll cost an additional $10.
Appropriate use of communal space
Let us do our part in keeping the communal space neat and clean by placing the equipment back where it belongs and in the same condition and not leaving personal items unsupervised. For instance, a simple gesture such as wiping down the dining table, cleaning the stovetop, and washing your dishes and silverware after use gives the next user a more pleasant meal.
Smoking in the co-living premises is not allowed, except for the designated smoking corners located outside the house.
Adopt a responsible lifestyle
Leading a sustainable lifestyle is essential for saving the environment and even the smallest of actions add up. Switch off appliances, and lights, and save water when not in use. Over time, these efforts accumulate and reduce wastage.
Maintain noise level in the common space
Common areas are designed for members to enjoy and interact with one another. Avoid screaming or blasting music in the common rooms, especially during the night.
Ensuring the integrity of Casa Celo and its members is a priority
Consult with your peers and the administrative team before inviting someone from outside Casa Celo to visit you. Before their visit, please send us a picture of their ID via the house’s group chat.
Take care of your safety, that of your housemates, and that of the house, making sure that all doors and windows are closed before going out or going to sleep.
We all have the right to enjoy our rest time
Living beings usually wake up and go to sleep according to the circadian rhythm. However, not all people wake up and sleep at the same time, so it’s important to respect these differences. With this in mind, the rest hours are from 21:00 to 8:00 h.s.
Enjoy your stay.
Our house is not a home without the people who make it special, which is why we have made Casa Celo a safe and welcoming space so that our guests can feel at home and enjoy their stay to the fullest.
Each individual has a different thinking outlook and these guidelines make it possible for everyone to live together peacefully. Co-living spaces provide our guests with the best environment to get along and create great memories together.
By registering to stay at Casa Celo, you’re agreeing to adhere to our House Guidelines. This agreement is effective upon the date you first arrive at our house and until the end of your stay.
